Development

Launch

Is scoping really free?+

Yes. The questionnaire and the call commit you to nothing. You leave with a written scope and a quote. If you have it done elsewhere, it will still be useful to you.

What if I already have a specification?+

I read it, I challenge it, I complete it with what the questionnaire brings out (the forgotten integrations, above all). Then a quote.

How does payment work?+

30% deposit on order, 40% on approval of the mock-ups, balance at launch. For software, per delivered milestone. Invoice at each step.

What if I want changes after launch?+

Small tweaks: 30-day guarantee. Evolutions: fixed price on quote or on a time basis. Many clients move to monthly maintenance, which includes an evolutions credit.
