In-house module that applies a different free shipping threshold per country and per carrier, configurable in the back office, with “only €X more for free delivery” progress bars. In production on a multilingual store.
Monthly OSS VAT (PrestaShop)
Automatic calculation and export of VAT per EU country for the OSS return. No more end-of-month spreadsheet.
POS stock synchronisation (PrestaShop)
Scheduled stock import from the physical shops' POS software: the POS stays master, the store follows, no overselling.
B2B quotes (WooCommerce)
WooCommerce turned into a quoting system for professionals: mandatory login, trade prices, generated PDF, approval by the team. Yacht provisioning in Antibes.
Scoping questionnaire (WordPress)
Plugin that receives business forms via REST, stores them, notifies by email, with honeypot, rate limiting and IP anonymisation. It runs the form on this site.
Security hardening (mu-plugin)
Hiding users in the API, blocking XML-RPC, security headers, removal of version traces. Deployed on several client sites.
