CUSTOM WORKSHOP ERP

The context

A manufacturer in the region handles orders from trade and retail customers, stock by batch with laboratory analyses, daily shipments and invoicing in a separate accounting program. Everything went through spreadsheets, emails and re-typing. The client is anonymised at their request.

What I built

• Orders : a single queue, whatever the source (B2B portal, online store, internal entry), A4 picking slips, bulk processing, statuses and age visible.
• Stock and batches : supplier receipts, batches and traceability, automatic quarantine according to imported analyses, inventories, self-consumption of materials.
• Shipping : multi-parcel, carrier labels via Boxtal, product labels on a thermal printer, automatic status switch on the carrier's feedback, tracking emails.
• Invoicing : invoice created automatically in the accounting (Axonaut) at shipment, retail or trade customer, exact lines and shipping.
• Headless store connected : orders from the Next.js + Medusa store flow into the tool in a few seconds via a signed bridge (HMAC); catalogue and stock flow back.
• Operations : Docker containers, automatic deployment, tested backups, alerting, hardening after a security incident.

The first module delivered was “orders + shipping”. Used from the first week, adjusted in the field, then extended.

Result

A team that prepares, ships and invoices from a single screen, reliable stock, and accounting fed continuously. The code and the data belong to the client.
